"Tsikara" is a milk processing cooperative in Lanchkhuti district. Within the framework of the ENPARD project, the cooperative built a small dairy factory in full compliance with the food safety standards and received milk processing line from the project.
"Tsikara" produces natural milk, sulgunes and noodles. Twenty-two locals are employed in the factory.
In the future, "Tsikara" plans to expand production, as the demand of its natural products is daily increasing.
