Mari Sarajishvili is an active woman from the village of Ruispiri in Telavi Municipality. She was interested in beauty salon services and always wanted to be employed in this field. To fulfill her desire Mari participated in the Women`s Economic Empowerment project supported by UN Women and purchased appropriate equipment for beauty salon.
Mari works in one of the beauty salons in Telavi. She offers quality and various services to her customers and always cares about their satisfaction. For better service, Mari needs additional equipment, including a chair and a mirror.
The project “Women’s Economic Empowerment through Social Mobilization and Capacity Building” is supported by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), implemented in Georgia by Kakheti Regional Development Foundation (KRDF), Taso Foundation (TF), and CARE International in the Caucasus (CARE).
