Gejeti is a cooperative working on poultry at Senaki municipality and breeds chicken. The leader of the cooperative has 12 years of experience in poultry and tries to use it for the farm, which is already fully functional.
After the participation in the program for the cooperatives, Gejeti had the chance to meet many partners in the field, who share their technical knowledge and experience with cooperative members. Apart from that, Gejeti has al the necessary technical equipment for the farm-the incubators and agregates they receoved from the program, while the cooperative took care of the building.
Chicken breeding and growing had many difficulties, but the market is hopeful. The cooperative receives orders from the local villagers, as well as from regional centers. The cooperative's wish is to have their own farm. In case of more success and develpment, it can reach more people:
"We wish to achieve more and help more people earn their living, we'll try to expand our business and be a role-model to others so that they also follow us. More works like this will help our economy. We just need more effort".
