Sirush Balasanyan is an active woman from the village of Vachiani in Akhalkalaki Municipality. She bakes very tasty cakes, “khachapuri”, “lobiani” and other sweets and bakery of different sizes, shapes and types. Also, she adds the fruits from her own garden to aromatize her products. That is why Sirush has many satisfied customers from different villages. In addition she makes delicious dried fruits and nuts with caramel and can sell them due to the demand.
