Nana Kheladze is an entrepreneur from the village of Sviri in Akhaltsikhe municipality. She owns the bakery and is actively involved in small business activities. As Nana did not have the dough kneading equipment she had to work with her own hands, which took a lot of time.
To run her business better, Nana participated in the Women`s Economic Empowerment project supported by UN Women and purchased a dough kneading machine. Usually, Nana offers about 700 of bread to local customers. In addition, Nana is experienced in this field and her product is very tasty.
Nana has big plans for the future. As a mother of a young child, she is currently unable to expand her production. However, later she will sell bread and cookies made from puff dough. In addition, she thinks to create her own brand and cooperate with various markets.
In order for Nana to successfully carry out her future plans, she needs another kneading machine and a freezer for puff dough. After all this, Nana will be able to develop a business and distribute her products in various markets/companies.
