Nana Abuladze and Maia Bunturi are active women entrepreneurs from the village of Subue in Akhmeta Municipality.
As part of the Women`s Economic Empowerment project supported byUN Women, Nana and Maia opened a bakery and are trying their best to develop the business.
Nana and Maia offer a variety of choices to their customers: Furshet arrangement, different types of baked products, dishes, salads, cakes, etc. They receive orders from both individuals and organizations as well.
The project “Women’s Economic Empowerment through Social Mobilization and Capacity Building” is supported by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), implemented in Georgia by Kakheti Regional Development Foundation (KRDF), Taso Foundation (TF), and CARE International in the Caucasus (CARE).
