Trout is produced by the cooperative "Samegobro 2014", which produces fish in ecological environment in natural waters, in the village Chkhakaura, Chokhatauri municipality. The natural spring waters and an environment free of pollution gives special taste to the fish.
"Chkhakaura" owns two main sorts of fish: trout, up to 10 tons, and lesser amounts of decorative gold fish.
