Name : Naira Ohanjanian - Bisquit House "Arpi"

Naira Ohanjanian lives in the village of Kartikami in Akhalkalaki Municipality. She always baked delicious cakes and pastries and wanted to develop the business. So, Naira participated in the new initiative of UN Women and Taso Foundation and purchased the appropriate inventory to open the confectionery.

Naira bakes cakes of different shapes, sizes and styles, and always has devoted customers from different villages. Naira has published her products on various online platforms, which has been particularly helpful during the pandemic. In addition, within the framework of the same project, CARE supported her in developing the logo for her business.

In the future, Naira has interesting plans. She wants to expand the business and open a confectionery in the center of Akhalkalaki.
