Name : Mtis nobati

The cooperative “Mtis Nobati” is a second-level cooperative which consists of three different cooperatives working on beekeeping and producing honey: "Khvamli ", "Alpuri neqtari" and "Svanuri putkari".

All three cooperatives running beekeeping in Tsageri and Lentekhi districts.

Participation in the ENPARD project made it easier for the farmers to provide the trucks needed for the cesional transportation of bee families and the equipment needed for honey processing.

The honey produced by "Mtis Nobati" is produsing different sorts of huney: acacia, chestnut, alpine flower, mixed. The product is packaged and labled.

A member of the cooperative beekeepers are prescribed by the modern, foodstuffs by the National Food Agency, which prescribes the uniformity and quality of the product.
